A folk ballad for 1-2 voices and piano. This song speaks of maternal love which is likened to a gardener tending to her garden. Singable with a cactchy chorus, but engaging and profound in meaning. This song would be appropriate for children as the harmonies are intuitive, and could be sung at parent events or on Mother's day. This is the Eb minor original, there is also an arrangement in E minor for an easier piano part.
